Maintenance on March 26th, 2020

On March 26th in 2020, there was a connection error preventing players from playing with others online. The cause was a maintenance from Nintendo with the purpose of releasing update 1.1.1.

What is Error Code 2219-3997?

Error Code 2219-3997 occurs when you try to use the online services of Animal Crossing New Horizons during a maintenance.

Since you'll be unable to use online services while the maintenance is going on, you can neither visit or invite other players.

How to Solve ACNH Errors
