I own mickeys and arctic muks. Boroffski, I am not sure if these will go down as far as you need, but the price is, ah, interesting. Only 11 pair as I write this. These look very much like the boots Wellco made for Wiggy's a few years back and the liners are a dead ringer for his, so draw what conclusion you will. (Wiggy's new version has a replaceable sole among other things). Wiggy rates his for -10.F. I did buy a pair from USRO and they are heavy!
It hasn't been deep cold here since I got them so I can't give you any experience there. Down into the 20's, with or without an additional sock in the liner, they have been quite comfortable. The Steger Mukluks have a good reputation. I have a pair of the lower ones. I think if I were doing it again, I would go for the Arctics with the knee high canvas tops. That said, my go-to for dry cold with snow over 6' has been the air force canvas muks with the wool 'sock' liners.
(Coleman's is the only place I've found the liners for about #10 a pair, new. If their 20% off sale is still on, they are a good buy regardless.)Another option might be Wiggy's Sun Walkers. They are a liner to be used in a pack boot but work fine in the aforementioned AF muks.Whatever you get, just make sure it is big enough your feet and especially toes can move around. Sitting around waiting for fish to bite through the ice can be brutal. Bring a piece of foam to put your feet on. It makes a difference! For walking, working, and general moving around, I prefer my.For standing and sitting ice fishing all day long, I love my white Bunny Boots.
My feet stay warm and they are ok for walking.I also have a pair of of that I bought new and felt insoles for (in stead of using the USGI wool liners). These are awesome for standing around when the snow is fluffy and dry. I think of them as more of a camp boot. I used a DWR silicone-based water repellent coating on the exterior but I wouldn't want to risk using these as a primary boot, I think they would take a long time to dry out.I really want to get a pair of to try in the USGI Mukluks. Well, from what I have been told, Mickey Mouse boots are the black ones, Bunny Boots are white.
I have owned both. Get the made in USA with the air valve as they are warmer. Whites are also warmer than blacks.
I have had both. I like them as they are warm, no liner to mess with and you can fill them up with ice water, poor out the water and put your foot back in and be warm again. Kind of nice when crossing streams or breaking through some ice and what not. However, they are big and hard to get into snow shoes as well as being very poor at uphill and down hill as they have very little grip.
They do have great traction on ice though as the rubber is softer than others. Like mentioned, they are short so snow can and will get in them so gaiters are nice. Muck Boots - very comfortable, better on inclines, warm and sit higher on your thigh. However, they seem to puncture easy from sticks and really hold sent, good or bad so can be sketchy for hunting. I through away my last pair as gas got on them and everything I tried failed to get the smell out of them so I had to toss them. I also have owned the Sorel Caribou's.

They are warm but not waterproof as the other two and you really need a great sock thats above calf or they seem to pull your socks down and can be a pain to walk in when that happens. They have great traction and are comfortable though. I have yet to own the Steger Mukluk but they have a hunting version I think I am going to try next as I am need of something since my mickey mouses are falling apart in the back and I tossed my muck boots.
Great boots are needed when deer hunting on portable stands in below zero weather. If I had to stick with something I already have owned, strong, very strong consideration would be to go back to the mickey mouse or bunny boots. Probably the best cold weather boot for the money.
(you can find them for like $35-$75 pretty easy at gun shows and surplus stores).
